Camp Sharon Parsons is an unstaffed nonprofit camp available for use by Youth groups, church groups, and other non-profit organization.

By requesting to utilize the camp visitors are required to abide by the following rules and respect the ground and facilities.

The Board of Directors is continuously evaluating the next steps in the camp’s development that will have the most impact for our youth campers.

In a showing of honor and support for both Rodney and Sharon Parsons, who were directly responsible for more than 140 boys earning the rank of Eagle Scout, sixteen past Eagle Scouts from Scouting America Troop 800 descended on Camp Parsons to offer their support and congratulations.  Many of them shared their stories about how Rodney and Sharon helped turn them into the men they are today.

On Saturday, October 19, 2024, we gathered to officially celebrate the dedication of our youth camp, Camp Parsons. We were joined at the dedication by volunteers, donors, youth campers, Cumberland residents, and Cumberland County Community leaders.
